I became involved with computer and programing in the 80’s. I furthered my career by continuing my college education with a focus on computer programing in Venezuela. In 1992 I continued to acquire new skills through further education, and I also started to work in Chicago. On 1994 I moved to New York where I stablished my home for over 28 years.
In New York I developed several applications in for different industries. First, I developed applications for the Beeper industry. Following, I entered the U.S.-Latin America Money transfer industry. Later, in the 90s, when the pre-paid phone industry was booming, I develop an application “Control Calling Card”, many companies nationwide adopted it. Control Calling Card served as a software used by pre-paid phone card manufacturers and large distributors around the country.
Thus, in the last 30 years I have dedicated my work to the development of administrative software. In the last 7 years; however, I evolved and joined the revolution of mobile applications. Now I create mobile applications based on IONIC technology creating “hybrid applications” that can be used simultaneously on Android and IOS and PWA (Progressive Web App). These types of applications are the future, it is multiplatform, multi-operational, and fully hybrid. I highly recommend this type of mobile applications to my clients because it represents the future.
In sum I can’t wait to be part of and see what other technological revolution comes about. For now, the future lies on “hybrid applications” and so I continue my long-life journey, developing this amazing type of applications, breaching the gap of what use to be and what will become.
